Students from the University of Newcastle visited Fassifern PS to present a Science Show to our students. Children from K-6 were able to observe some very interesting science experiments, and some lucky students were asked to participate and assist. We learned about 3D imagery, movie making tricks, the levels of acidity and alkalinity in houshold products and the importance of washing our hands properly to remove germs. It was very engaging and definitely a whole lot of science fun!
