The volunteer men and women from Wakefield and Killingworth Rural Fire Services visited Fassifern PS today and discussed fire safety and prevention with our very excited students. The students were treated to a tour of the vehicles and were shown a range of equipment. The fire hose experience was fantastic. It was great to see ex students of Fassifern PS Shane Teasdell, Josh Vlaitch, and brothers Tom and Josh McBlane. We thank all of the fire fighting team for sharing such a fun morning with us.
